Members of the African American Association of Ghana (AAAG) journeyed to the Nkyinkyim Museum in Ada, sponsored by African Roots Travel, to participate in the Ancestor Veneration Ceremony—a profound cultural event celebrating African ancestry, unity, and remembrance. Guided by artist Kwame Akoto-Bamfo, the experience offered a deep reflection on heritage, healing, and the shared legacy connecting the African diaspora to Ghana’s living traditions.
